By accessing, using, engaging with, or relying upon any information or service provided through Our website, mobile applications, digital platforms, counselling interfaces, LMS training modules, AI nurturing systems, or related communication channels, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to be legally bound by this Disclaimer. This Disclaimer is drafted to ensure absolute clarity regarding the nature, scope, limitations, and boundaries of all Services rendered by the Company. Mental-health and psychiatric support, whether provided digitally or in person, inherently varies in impact, effectiveness, and response based on numerous personal, biological, environmental, medical, psychological, and contextual factors. The User expressly agrees that mental-health information, screenings, digital content, nurturing messages, and educational material cannot and must not be regarded as medical advice, diagnosis, prescription, or definitive clinical guidance unless issued directly and explicitly by a licensed psychiatrist or medical practitioner in accordance with applicable laws. The Company provides mental-health wellness support, counselling, behavioural guidance, habit-building interventions, reflective exercises, general wellbeing information, and educational insights. While these Services may contribute to psychological wellness, they are not a substitute for acute medical care, emergency psychiatric treatment, hospitalization, in-person clinical evaluation, or any form of regulated medical intervention necessary for the safeguarding of life or physical health. In addition, all Users acknowledge that psychiatric services, where offered, are subject to strict regulatory guidelines, professional limitations, jurisdictional compliance, and telemedicine restrictions. Not every condition can be diagnosed or treated through tele-psychiatry. At any point, the psychiatrist may instruct the User to undergo offline assessment, laboratory testing, imaging, medical supervision, or hospitalization. Non-adherence to such advice is solely the User’s responsibility. The Company disclaims all liability arising from misuse, misinterpretation, or over-reliance on the Service. All content delivered by the Company—including articles, videos, psychological tips, AI-generated nurturing messages, blogs, educational materials, questionnaires, digital programs, behavioural suggestions, therapist notes, screening scores, and supportive resources—is strictly for general mental-health awareness, emotional wellbeing, behavioural improvement, and psycho-educational purposes only. Such content does not constitute:- medical advice,
- clinical diagnosis,
- psychiatric evaluation,
- medical prescription,
- treatment recommendation,
- emergency intervention,
- therapeutic outcome guarantee,
- professional medical instructions,
- medical risk assessment, or
- any clinical determination normally provided by a licensed healthcare provider.
2. LIMITATIONS OF TELE-COUNSELLING AND DIGITAL PSYCHOTHERAPY
Tele-counselling and digital therapeutic conversations are subject to inherent limitations. These include:- inability to conduct physical examination,

- dependency on User-provided history,
- device-related disruptions,
- environmental privacy limitations on the User’s end,
- jurisdictionally restricted medical permissions.

3. LIMITATIONS OF TELE-PSYCHIATRY
Where psychiatric services are provided, the psychiatrist is a qualified medical practitioner authorized to give medical advice within the limits of telemedicine regulations. However, such online consultations are governed by strict boundaries:- Certain psychiatric conditions CANNOT be diagnosed or treated online, including but not limited to:
- severe suicidal ideation,
- acute psychosis,
- violent or homicidal behaviour,
- severe mania,
- substance intoxication,
- withdrawal emergencies,
- delirium,
- conditions requiring hospitalization.
- The psychiatrist may issue only limited prescriptions permitted under telemedicine law.
- The psychiatrist may refuse to provide a diagnosis or medication if the digital environment is clinically unsafe.
- The psychiatrist may insist on physical examination, hospitalization, laboratory tests, or offline clinical supervision if required for safety or diagnostic accuracy.
- The psychiatrist may discontinue digital treatment if the User’s mental state suggests risk to self or others.
- Failure to follow a psychiatrist’s instruction to seek emergency care is solely the User’s responsibility.
4. SCREENINGS, SELF-ASSESSMENTS, AND DIGITAL SCORES ARE NOT DIAGNOSTIC
Digital mental-health screenings, questionnaires, or self-assessment tools provided by the Company are for preliminary awareness only and do not constitute:- psychiatric diagnosis,
- psychological evaluation,
- medical test,
- certified report,
- clinical scoring,
- validated mental-health assessment comparable to in-person testing.
- Screening scores are not definitive.
- Screening results cannot be used for insurance, medical certification, or legal proceedings.
- Scores may vary based on subjective inputs, mood fluctuations, or interpretation errors.
- Screenings cannot detect medical conditions such as thyroid disorders, neurological issues, vitamin deficiencies, or hormonal imbalances that may mimic mental-health symptoms.
5. NO EMERGENCY MEDICAL SUPPORT
The Services provided by the Company are not suitable for handling emergencies. The platform does NOT provide:- crisis hotlines,
- ambulance assistance,
- emergency medical care,
- suicide rescue interventions,
- hospitalization arrangements,
- emergency psychiatric stabilization,
- immediate crisis support.

- withdrawal symptoms,

6. AI-GENERATED RESPONSES AND AUTOMATED NURTURING ARE NOT MEDICAL ADVICE
The Company employs AI-based nurturing systems to deliver habit-building prompts, reflective exercises, general mental-health reminders, psycho-educational tips, wellbeing insights, and behavioural encouragement. AI systems:- do NOT diagnose mental-health disorders,
- do NOT prescribe medication,
- do NOT predict risk,
- do NOT replace qualified professionals,
- do NOT evaluate User emotions clinically,
- do NOT assess suicide risk or emergency states,
- do NOT issue treatment plans or clinical instructions.

- treatment decisions,

- mental-health risk assessment.
7. COUNSELLORS AND PSYCHOLOGISTS DO NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL SERVICES
Counsellors, psychologists, and behavioural experts associated with the Company are trained in mental-health support but are not medical practitioners. Therefore, they:- cannot prescribe medication,
- cannot recommend dosage changes,
- cannot advise discontinuation of psychiatric drugs,
- cannot provide medical clearance,
- cannot interpret laboratory results,
- cannot provide treatment for neurological conditions,
- cannot provide legal fitness reports,
- cannot diagnose medical illnesses masquerading as psychological issues.
8. USER RESPONSIBILITY FOR MEDICAL CONDITIONS
The User is solely responsible for:- disclosing all medical history,
- informing the professional of prior diagnoses,
- communicating medication usage,
- revealing ongoing treatments,
- sharing history of hospitalization or suicidal episodes,
- informing about substance use or withdrawal symptoms,
- following professional advice regarding medical evaluation,
- seeking emergency care when recommended.
9. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS OR OUTCOMES
The User understands and agrees that mental-health progress varies significantly depending on individual circumstances. Counselling, psychotherapy, behavioural coaching, psychiatric consultation, nurturing programs, and digital interventions do not produce uniform outcomes. No counsellor, psychologist, behavioural expert, psychiatrist, AI system, or digital program can guarantee:- emotional relief,
- reduction of symptoms,
- behavioural improvement,
- therapeutic progress,
- psychiatric stabilization,
- medication efficacy,
- motivational consistency,
- sustained habit formation,
- adherence to treatment plans,
- complete resolution of psychological distress.
10. NO DOCTOR–PATIENT RELATIONSHIP FOR NON-PSYCHIATRIC SERVICES
Unless a User explicitly books and engages in a session with a licensed psychiatrist through the Company’s designated tele-psychiatry interface, no doctor–patient relationship is established. Psychological counselling, behavioural guidance, digital wellbeing programs, LMS content, online community support, AI-based nurturing, and general mental-health information do NOT constitute medical treatment. The following activities do NOT create a doctor–patient relationship:- engaging with digital content or articles,
- reading blogs, newsletters, or insights,
- following self-help recommendations,
- using AI-based assistance,
- participating in non-clinical behavioural programs,
- chatting with support staff,
- attending general wellbeing webinars,
- interacting with counsellors who are not medical practitioners,
- submitting screening scores online,
- completing digital assessments.
11. RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH MENTAL-HEALTH SERVICES
The User acknowledges that mental-health support—whether counselling or psychiatric—may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:- emotional discomfort or distress,
- resurfacing of traumatic memories,
- temporary increase in anxiety,
- development of emotional dependence,
- distress during self-reflection,
- destabilization due to unaddressed medical conditions,
- side effects from psychiatric medication (if prescribed),
- adverse reaction to behaviour change techniques,
- misunderstanding therapeutic guidance,
- subjective discomfort during sessions,
- miscommunication inherent to digital interfaces.

- drowsiness,
- agitation,
- gastrointestinal issues,
- dizziness,
- allergic reactions,
- suicidal ideation (especially in adolescents),

- camera or microphone issues may affect therapeutic clarity,
- internet instability may disrupt psychiatric examinations,
- device noise may hinder privacy or accuracy,
- digital communication may omit non-verbal cues essential for clinical judgment,
- audio/video lags may distort expression,
- environmental factors (noise, interruptions) may compromise therapeutic engagement.
13. USER RESPONSIBILITY TO SEEK IN-PERSON MEDICAL CARE WHEN NECESSARY
The Company may, at any time, instruct the User to seek immediate in-person medical evaluation or psychiatric intervention. Reasons may include:- severe depression,
- intense anxiety,
- hallucinations or delusions,
- suicidal ideation,
- aggressive behaviour,
- panic attacks with physical symptoms,
- medication side effects,
- substance withdrawal,
- neurological symptoms,
- blackout episodes,
- severe insomnia,
- significant mood instability,
- psychomotor agitation,
- cognitive disorientation.
14. ACCURACY OF USER-PROVIDED INFORMATION
Mental-health support depends heavily on User-provided information regarding:- symptoms,
- emotional states,
- behavioural patterns,
- medical history,
- medication use,
- trauma history,
- lifestyle habits,
- substance use,
- social environment,
- sleep patterns.

- deliberate concealment,
- exaggeration,
- miscommunication,
- selective disclosure,
- omission of critical facts.
15. NO MEDICAL OR LEGAL FITNESS CERTIFICATION
The Company does not provide:- fitness-to-work certificates,
- fitness-to-study certificates,
- medico-legal documentation,
- legal affidavits,
- court-mandated therapy reports,
- certification for disability benefits,
- official diagnostic letters for legal disputes,
- workplace accommodation documentation,
- government-required mental-health certificates.

19. LEGAL COMPLIANCE AND PROFESSIONAL BOUNDARIES
The Company and its professionals operate in accordance with:- Indian mental-health laws,
- Telemedicine Practice Guidelines,
- clinical ethics,
- confidentiality norms,
- data protection mandates,
- professional licensing requirements,
- jurisdictional restrictions.
20. FINAL AGREEMENT
This Disclaimer constitutes the complete understanding regarding the medical and non-medical nature of the Company’s Services. By using the platform, the User irrevocably acknowledges all limitations, responsibilities, risks, and boundaries outlined in this document. The User confirms that:- They will seek medical care when advised.
- They understand the limitations of remote mental-health support.
- They accept all risks associated with digital interventions.
- They will not treat digital content as medical advice.
- They will not pursue legal or financial claims based on subjective dissatisfaction.
